Development achievements
Hokuto developed a program to automatically create a 2D trihedral diagram, a component diagram, etc. from a model created by 3D CAD.
By unifying 3D data and 2D diagram information, errors and oversights that occur during the manual production of drawings are eliminated. By automatically creating a list of products to be manufactured and purchased, human error is eliminated and efficiency is further improved.
Our in-house developed industrial robot application review tool calculates working positions and range of movement of industrial robots, checks the interference with surrounding areas, and their routes.
By incorporating this tool as an add-in application to the generic 3D CAD, it has become easier to assess robotic work efficiency that was previously difficult without expensive simulators.
We will develop and propose a system that performs centralized management of tasks in response to requests so that the latest data and information with high versatility and commonality, such as specifications, products, and business forms of purchased products, can always be viewed, used, and modified on any terminal.
We supply systems in packages like the one in the figure on the right.
Workflow
First, we interview each customer to learn about their needs and requirements.
Then, we will develop, test, deliver products, and provide after-sales care to provide a full range of services in line with the customer’s requests.
