Portable 3D measuring device
By using an encoder operation with a laser-based distance measurement system and two rotation angle encoder systems, measurement results in three dimensions can be obtained. The object’s contact measurement is usually performed by using a spherical reflector (measurements up to 320 m and of a minimum of 0.8 m are possible in one step).
The warm-up time required to prepare the device is short, and because it has a standard level, measurements can be made without waiting for level calibrations. The device is used to make measurements for level adjustments and to assess the degree of straightness between processes when arranging line equipment.

Portable 3D measuring device
By using an encoder operation with a laser-based distance measurement system and two rotation angle encoder systems, measurement results in three dimensions can be obtained.
The object’s contact measurement is usually performed by using a spherical reflector (measurement up to 80 m is possible in one step).
By measuring 1 point, you can obtain 1,000 sample data in one second, so it is possible to perform measurement of an object in motion by adjusting the number of samples. In addition to the use of level adjustment, it is used to measure the movement trajectory of the processing device as well as robot behavior utilizing sampling efficiency.

Articulated portable 3D measuring device with a six-axis configuration
It can measure diameter up to 3 m (Platinum) or 3.5 m (Quantum S). It can also be used for 36-um high-precision measurements and complete wireless operations with Bluetooth. It also enables the measurement of complex shapes. Through comparison with the CAD model, it is also possible to measure curved surfaces.

It can measure diameter up to 3.5 m. By attaching the laser line probe, it is possible to conduct contactless 3D measurement. It is used for measuring materials and shapes that will deform with contact. We use it for measuring products processed with urethane materials, hem templates and car bodies.

By attaching the product to the tip of the FARO ARM, it is possible to share the coordinate system of the Laser Tracker and to measure blind spots that were not previously measurable by the Laser Tracker alone. The same object can be measured by multiple FARO ARMs by sharing the reference coordinate system through Laser Tracker.
