We offer concept-planning, design & manufacture, and maintenance launch for production facilities for all kinds of products in the world.

●Construction of “system-integration type” production equipment：
We conduct various engineering works for automotive body production lines, specification reviewing, design & production, launch, and the quality development of body from start to finish until the factory is fully functioned.
We have branches in Japan, China, the United States, and Malaysia, where the Hokuto System was installed, making the Hokuto-produced factories available for users around the world.

●Verification using virtual factory technology：
We perform robot simulation and digital automatic design verification by making full use of virtual factory construction technology.
Hokuto’s high-quality and stable production lines are highly evaluated by each of our clients.

●Development, design and manufacturing of automatic production systems (final assembly “FA” systems)：
We develop FA systems in-house and propose highly efficient production lines to each of our clients.
