Hokuto Corporation (“the Company”) protects personal information by setting the following privacy policy, building a system for the protection of personal information and ensuring that all employees are thoroughly aware of the importance of protecting personal data and follow the applicable measures.

The Company keeps the client’s personal information in the accurate and latest state, and in order to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification or leak of personal information, takes necessary measures such as maintaining the security system, performing maintenance of management systems and thoroughly educating its employees, implements safety measures and strictly manages personal information.

Purposes for the use of personal information

Personal information provided by the client shall be used by the Company for the sending of e-mails or documents in the event of contact, notice regarding services or a reply to a received inquiry.

Prohibition of the disclosure and provision of personal information to a third party

The Company shall appropriately manage the personal information provided by the client and shall not disclose any personal information to a third party except the following cases.

  •  ・The Company discloses information to its business contractor in order to perform services requested by the client.
  •  ・Disclosure is required by law.

Safety measures regarding personal information

The Company has taken all possible steps concerning security in order to secure the accuracy and safety of personal information.

Inquiry by the client

In case of requests from clients, inquiry, correction, deletion, etc. regarding personal information, we will address after confirming the identity of the client.

Compliance with laws and rules, and revisions

While complying with the laws of Japan which apply to personal information held by the Company, and other rules, the Company shall revise the contents of this policy when appropriate, and strive for the improvement thereof.
